Monday Evening Pilates at Bedale Methodist Church

LEVEL: MIXED ABILITY

PACE: MODERATE

A fun, up-beat, mixed ability Pilates class for those with previous Pilates experience, or a decent base line level of fitness.

Each class will contain a standing warm up sequence, standing exercises, floor work, stretching and relaxation.

Each exercise will be layered with modifications, so that each individual can choose what's best for their body.

This class is not suitable for those who are recovering from a serious injury or surgery, those who are pregnant, or those who are returning to exercise after a long period away. I would advise seeking specialist/1-1 support in those instances.

For this class you will need:

~ An exercise mat mat

~ blanket

~ cushion or block

~ warm layers

~ water
