Thursday Morning Pilates at Masham Town Hall

LEVEL: MIXED ABILITY

PACE: SLOW TO MODERATE

An easy going, welcoming, mixed ability Pilates class, open to those with Pilates experience, and those new to the system.

Each class will contain a standing warm up sequence, standing exercises, floor work and stretching.

Each exercise will be layered with modifications, so that each individual can choose what's best for their body.

This class is not suitable for those who are recovering from a serious injury or surgery, those who are pregnant, or those who are returning to exercise after a long period away. I would advise seeking specialist/1-1 support in those instances.

For this class you will need:

~ An exercise mat mat

~ blanket

~ cushion or block

~ warm layers

~ water
