LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
PACE: MODERATELY CHALLENGING
An intermediate yoga class designed for those with some existing yoga experience, or beginners with a good level of fitness. The style of this class combines themes from Dru, Hatha, Seasonal and Restorative yoga, with a strong emphasis on flow. The last section of the class focuses on relaxation, basic breathwork and meditation, providing a well rounded experience for body, mind and spirit. Whilst this is an intermediate level class, modifications are always provided to suit individual bodies. If you're a total beginner, but you have a good basic level of fitness and you're in good health, you're welcome to give this class a go!
For this class you will need:

~ blanket
~ cushion or block
~ warm layers
~ water
